Skills and Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and use of CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mining tools for prospecting (e.g. Lusha, ZoomInfo ) - Must
- Good understanding and application of the sales prospecting process
- Good communication in English - verbal and written
- Highly competitive and motivated personality
- Passionate about technology, business, and winning
- Positive and energetic, create a great first impression on our prospects
- Research prospective accounts in detail, identify gatekeepers, influencers and decision makers and generate interest for our service offerings.
- Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities using BlueOshan’s qualification criteria and consistently achieve quota to ensure future growth of the business
- Drive net new pipeline and revenue growth through inbound lead qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years in software or technology inside sales / business development in SaaS and Software Technology Products.
- Minimum 1 year experience in prospecting/sales role
- Prior work experience in a start-up environment will be an added advantage
- Bachelor degree (any) or higher from a reputed and recognised educational institution
